All Digital Delights by Louby Loo products are protected by copyright to Wendy Hall (aka Louby Loo). All rights are retained by Wendy Hall and may not be used other than the terms listed on our angel policy/terms of use. It is illegal to share/swap these products. They are for your personal use only.

Angel Policy/Terms of Use

All of our  illustrations, digital papers,cut files are intended for your personal use. You are not permitted to redistribute any of our products, including copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, reselling or putting online -- except for as elements in a personal digital scrapbook or as personal demonstration photos of your finished projects.
Our black/white and colored artwork may ABSOLUTELY NOT be traded, swapped, lent or sold either in digital or printed form without express written consent from me, Wendy Hall.

We reserve the right to change the user license agreement at any time without prior written notice.

Allowed

  • You are permitted to make and sell individually handmade and hand-colored cards and projects created using our illustrations,whether black and white or pre-colored stamps. Please mark your work noting copyright is Digital Delights by Wendy Hall along with a link to www.digitaldelightsbyloubyloo.com when applicable.
  • Our cut files come in various formats such as pngs, jpegs, pdfs, svgs, gsd, etc. All formats combined shall constitute one single image.
    The purchaser may use the image for completed projects for personal use and resale under the terms listed here. The original purchaser may use the patterns to complete handmade projects for resale & profit .     Projects may include (but are not limited to) cards, scrapbook pages, paper piecings, labels, tags and any handcrafted item.
  • When listing completed projects on eBay, personal websites or commercial websites, or if using these patterns for a project submitted to magazines or other publications, we ask that credit be given to Digital Delights by Louby Loo. Example: “This project was created using Digital Delights by Louby Loo".
  • Rights are for the original purchaser only (and is recorded with us as the eBay ID or email address used at the time of purchase). These rights are not transferrable. If using an alternate ID or website for the purpose of reselling projects, please be sure to notify us.

Not Allowed

  • No part may be used to create a kit or a part of a kit for resale (this includes decoupage, scrapbook kits, or the use of any online digitally created project).
  • No part or image may be used to create embroidery files.
  • No patterns or files may be offered as free files for sharing on public or private boards.
  • Files may not be stored in online albums or download sites with public access.
  • No part may be used to create a digital product.These patterns are available for purchase in various digital formats from Digital Delights by Louby Loo ONLY.
  • No part (or complete design) may be used to create a printed product (pattern) for resale or distribution.
  • Scans or photos of finished artwork MAY NOT be offered as any part of a clipart collection
  • No digital files may be swapped,traded,sold,lent,copied, duplicated, shared, resold or put online.
  • You may not use any of our products for web / blog design without written permission / consent from Wendy Hall 
  • You may not print, hand color and sell any product as toppers, they must be created into a project such as handmade card to be sold

Paper Piecings

Allowed

  • The original purchaser may use paper piecings to complete handmade projects for resale & profit up to 100 times per calendar year per pattern
  • Projects may include (but are not limited to) cards, scrapbook pages, paper piecings, labels, tags and any handcrafted item
  • When listing completed projects on eBay, personal websites or commercial websites, or if using these patterns for a project submitted to magazines or other publications, we ask that credit be given to Digital Delights by Louby Loo 

  • No part may be used to create a digital product
  • You MAY sell the assembled paper piecing as a single finished product, or as part of a layout
  • No part may be used to create a printed product (pattern) for resale or distribution
  • Finished artwork MAY NOT be offered as part of a clipart collection
  • No part may be tubed
  • No part may be redistributed in any digital form
  • Please remember that this license is not transferable to another person. In other words, you may
    not give or share this pattern with another individual or group of individuals
Not Allowed
